From a detailed 3D model to a full-size bus
A complete 3D reconstruction of the Duoflex HX1, created for close-up product imagery and scaled up for the exterior of Miele’s touring showroom bus.

Control every angle.
The Duoflex HX1 needed to be recreated as a convincing digital product. Building it in 3D gave control over the camera, materials and lighting for campaign imagery, including the product visuals used around the mobile showroom.
The small parts make the whole.
My modelling breakdown moves through the vacuum’s construction, from wireframe and component views to the assembled product. The nozzle, housing and internal details all needed to hold together in close-up, before material and lighting work brought the finished object to life.
Built to leave the screen.
The finished product renders became part of the wrap on a full-size showroom bus. Each camera angle had its own lighting setup to bring out the vacuum’s form and surface detail against the black-and-red exterior. The bus photographs show the final physical application at the Trafford Centre, from the printed product line-up to the touring demonstration space.
